203(k) & HomeStyle Renovation Loan Options
FHA 203(k) Loans – Offer up to 96.5% financing. There a couple of different 203K loan programs including the Limited 203(k) mortgage and the 203(k) Standard loan.
With the Limited program many non-structural repairs may be financed. For example, painting, replacing a roof, financing new appliances, etc.
With a Standard 203(k) loans some structural repairs can be financed. This may even include connecting to utilities and moving a home to a different location!
Fannie Mae HomeStyle – This flexible program allows up to 97% financing and can be used on almost any project. Contractors must be licensed only when required by State law.
VA Renovation Loans – Get up to 100% financing with our VA renovation loans. This product is available for eligible military veterans and active duty personnel.
